National Assembly approves bill empowering SRC Commissioner General

A new bill empowering the Commissioner General of the Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) to impose administrative penalties on persons who fail to comply with notices issued under section 34 of the Revenue Administration Act (2009), has been approved.

The bill was given the green light by the National Assembly on Tuesday afternoon.
