SPTC raises red flag on sale of bus card on social media |26 July 2025

The Seychelles Public Transport Corporation is advising commuters that it is not running any promotion on social media for unlimited travel at a fee of USD2.

In a press communique, the company said the advert on social media is a scam. “Given that such scams reoccur often, SPTC wishes to remind members of the public that it will not run any such discounted promotion for unlimited travels,” read the press release.

It is reminding the public to be extremely cautions online and to verify information from credible official sources such as the company’s website or by contacting SPTC on 4280280.
