Praslin secondary excels

Praslin secondary school emerged as the winner of the second National school STEAM Olympiad yesterday in a ceremony at the Seychelles Institute of Teacher Education, Mont Fleuri.

The event, organised by the Seychelles Institute of Teacher Education (SITE) and the Ministry for Education, is a celebration of Pi Approximation Day, observed because the fraction twenty-two over seven (22/7) offers a close estimate of the mathematical constant Pi (π).
