Remembering former footballers James ‘Zenp’ Adam and Philip, Vincent ‘Tolor’ Dorasamy
In less than two months, Seychelles has lost two of its former football greats – James ‘Zenp’ Adam and Philip, Vincent ‘Tolor’ Dorasamy.
Born on February 8, 1961, ‘Tolor’ passed away on June 22, 2025. He was diagnosed with a cancer in 2021. His funeral service will take place today at 10.30am at the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception.
In the 1980s onwards, Vincent played for St Louis alongside his brother, striker Bernard Dorasamy, mercurial winger Robin Mousbé, goalkeeper Ange ‘Ti Ange’ Dubignon, defenders Nigel Hertel, Barry Furneau, Alex Labiche and Marc Mathiot, fellow midfielders Will Mein, Wills Agathine and Paul Khan to name just a few.
