Concerns raised over state of St Agnes Chapel following viral video

A recent video circulating on social media has sparked public concern over the current state of the renovated St Agnes Chapel, located at the entrance of the former Fiennes Institute at Roche Caiman. The video shows that the historic chapel, built in the early 1900s during the colonial era, is being accessed by trespassers and is allegedly being used for illicit activities.
