Marcus Maria clinches men’s title
- Veteran Marie-May Isnard, women’s champion
Marcus Maria and veteran player Marie-May Isnard are the gran winners of the senior singles tournament, hosted by the Seychelles Tennis Association between June 5-7, which concluded last Saturday with the finals at the Roche Caïman tennis courts.
The tournament was contested on a one-set format.
In the men’s tournament, Maria began his journey by triumphing 6-4 over Clément Schaetzen in the quarterfinal, before eliminating Dan Fu, also 6-4 in the semifinal, to book his final place against Marc Esta.
