Seychelles has lost one of its brightest stars, a beloved figure in Seychellois music – Joseph Samy, better known as Joe Samy. Mr Samy passed away yesterday at the age of 66. For many years, his voice was the heart and soul of the Seychellois music, capturing the spirit of the Seychelles islands.
