In exactly 69 days, Seychelles will host the 13th Commission de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l’Océan Indien (CJSOI) Games, scheduled to take place from July 28 to August 10, 2025, gathering young athletes from Mauritius, Madagascar, Reunion, Djibouti, Mayotte and the Comoros.
The official countdown to the event was launched by President Wavel Ramkalawan and Sports Minister Marie-Celine Zialor, during a special ceremony yesterday at L'Escale Resort Marina & Spa, in the presence of Vice-President Ahmed Afif, Cabinet Ministers, Chief of the Defence Forces Major General Michael Rosette, principal secretary for Youth and Sports Ralph Jean-Louis, Games Commissioner Lucas Georges, among other guests.
