Secondary schools, professional centres battle for final spots
Following the heats for primary schools on Wednesday, yesterday Stad Linite hosted athletes from secondary schools and professional centres who battled for a spot in finals of the 45th National Inter-School Athletics Championships scheduled to take place on Saturday July 5.
The secondary schools in action yesterday were Anse Boileau, Anse Royale, Beau Vallon, Belonie, English River, School for the Exceptional Child, Independent School, Mont Fleuri, Persévérance, Plaisance, Pointe Larue, and Trotters Stop, while the competition for professional centres featured the National Institute of Health and Social Studies (NIHSS), School of Advanced Level Studies (Sals), Seychelles Institute of Agriculture and Horticultural (SIAH), Seychelles Institute of Technology (SIT), Seychelles Institute of Teacher Education (Site), Seychelles Business Studies Academy (SBSA), Seychelles Tourism Academy (STA), Vocational Training Centre (VTC), Seychelles Institute of Arts and Design (SIAD), and Seychelles Police Academy.
