Seychellois shares insights on cross-exposure in world-renowned bar

Hansel Cecile has always had a deep passion for crafting unique drinks and perfecting the art of mixology. He is always striving to create memorable experiences with every cocktail he creates and serves.

In his line of work, he gets the chance to meet people from all over the world, learning about their cultures, and sharing insights of our stunning islands. To Mr Cecile, this is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work.

When he was given the chance for a cross-exposure in Thailand, he discovered that the experience has stirred up new skills and crafted a deeper love for his work.
