Sacos shows appreciation to inner islands’ clients |27 March 2025

Sacos clients based on Praslin and La Digue had the chance to meet the company’s top officials and learn about the services being offered, during a customer appreciation event held this week on both islands.

Seychelles NATION attended the one held at the Pirogue Restaurant & Bar, Côte d’Or on Praslin on Tuesday evening. Present were Sacos’ chairman Patrice Bastide, the chief executive Georgette Capricieuse, heads of departments from Mahé and staff based on Praslin.

In his address, Mr Bastide described Sacos as financially strong and one of the best companies in Africa. “Sacos will be celebrating its 45 years this year. We realise that we were born in a different world and now we have to adapt to a new one. This is why we have embarked on a journey of change, and as we do so, it is important for us to place ourselves in the middle of the communities that we serve. This is why we are here today,” stated the chairman.

Also addressing those present was Ms Capricieuse, who had words of thanks for the Sacos customers.

“We gather here to celebrate you, our clients, partners, and friends who have been the heart and soul of our journey. This cocktail is our way of thanking you for your trust and loyalty which are the condensed soul of our success.”
