‘Break down administrative silos

to improve overall efficiency’

Accounting officers in the executive branch of government have been asked to embrace decision-making roles, eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy, lead with accountability, and foster collaboration by breaking down administrative silos to improve overall efficiency.
