Drifters beat AB Boys in Anse Boileau ‘fun day’ derby

•          Anse Etoile Stars veterans upset the youngsters of Victoria Flyers

It was a fun day for the Anse Boileau basketball fraternity yesterday at the Victoria Gymnasium where the district’s two selections – Drifters and AB Boys – met in their first-round match of the men’s division one league, while on Wednesday, it was a more serious affair in the women’s league match between Anse Etoile Stars and newcomers Victoria Flyers.
