Vice-President Afif, PS Kalebi receive copies of ‘Push the Limit’ challenge book

After completing his record-breaking challenge of kayaking around Mahe in November 2023, Frederick Ladouceur De Speville yesterday handed over copies of his book entitled ‘Push the Limit’ to Vice-President Ahmed Afif and permanent secretary for the department of Culture Cecile Kalebi, during a special ceremony at the Vice-President’s office at State House.
