Paradise Arena arrives in Seychelles

The highly anticipated Paradise Arena, the state-of-the-art stadium set to host the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (Fifa) Beach Soccer World Cup 2025, has officially arrived in the country.

The vessel transporting the arena’s structure docked at Victoria Port on Wednesday afternoon, just after 4pm, marking a significant step forward in the preparations for the prestigious tournament.

A total of 38 containers were carefully unloaded and transported to the stadium site at Roche Caïman, where President Wavel Ramkalawan and Minister for Lands and Housing Billy Rangasamy were present to oversee the process.

With unpacking set to be completed yesterday, construction of the Paradise Arena is scheduled to begin today.

This moment represents another key milestone in the lead-up to the Fifa Beach Soccer World Cup Seychelles 2025, as the country gears up to welcome the world to its shores for an unforgettable sporting event.
