Constance Ephelia hosts training in customer service for ASP staff |12 March 2025

Constance Ephelia Resort on Monday hosted a customer service training to support the Agency for Social Protection, which officially launched its customer service unit on June 7, 2024.
This workshop at the Port Launay-based resort comprised a number of topics including best practices and etiquette.
In his address, hotel manager Hiru Daryanani expressed that he was honoured to have a team from the Agency for Social Protection (ASP) as they embark on a journey of learning and collaboration.
