PUC successfully restores electricity supply to inner islands |19 February 2025

The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) has announced that further to the successful completion

of the second cable joint, its team successfully managed to restore supply to the inner islands at

8:55pm on Monday February 17, 2025.

Work to normalise the system was completed by 7:05am yesterday.

PUC would like to thank the residents of the inner islands for their patience and understanding and

extends its gratitude to its team for their hard work.
