Seychelles sees 8 percent decrease in visitor arrivals in January 2025 |18 February 2025

A total of 26,850 visitors arrived in Seychelles in January 2025, representing a decline of 8 percent compared to January 2024, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.

During the same month last year, Seychelles welcomed 29,066 visitors.

Europe remains the dominant source of visitors, accounting for 70.9 percent of arrivals, while other regions contributing to Seychelles' visitor numbers include Asia (16.0 percent), Africa (6.7 percent), America (5.6 percent), and Oceania (0.6 percent).
