The 16th Conference of Parties of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification is taking place in Riyadh since December 2.
This year’s event, under the theme ‘Our Land, Our Future’, marks the 30th anniversary of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and aims to secure multilateral actions on critical issues such as drought resilience, land tenure, and sand and dust storms.
