HFC explains newly announced revision in its loan products   |09 November 2024

The newly announced revision in the Housing Finance Company loan products that are coming into force next year are to encourage and empower people to take ownership of their renovation work rather than having to rely heavily on the government.

The statement was made by the chief executive of the Housing Finance Company Limited (HFC), Ronny Palmyre, when giving details about the revision recently announced by the Minister for Finance, National Planning and Trade, Naadir Hassan, in the proposed budget for 2025.
