Stakeholders gather to shape the future of Seychelles’ workforce  |05 November 2024

Stakeholders from various sectors convened at Eden Bleu Hotel yesterday, to review and validate the National Human Resource Plan for 2025 to 2029.

The workshop, hosted by the employment department within the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs, focused on presenting findings related to statistical trends in national human resource planning and development. Stakeholders were given the opportunity to review and endorse recommendations and strategic interventions, aimed at addressing human resource challenges.
