Alain Alcindor re-appointed to World Sailing Council

The secretary general of the Seychelles Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association Alain Alcindor, who has dedicated a great part of his life to water sports, precisely yachting, has recently been re-appointed on the World Sailing Council.
