Seychelles’ delegation attends Golden Shield Heritage Awards in South Africa |17 October 2024
A delegation from the Seychelles National Institute for Culture, Heritage and the Arts, led by Permanent Secretary Cecile Kalebi, participated in the 11th Golden Shield Heritage Awards last month at the Artscape Theatre in Cape Town, South Africa.
