Seychelles joins global ShakthiSAT Mission to train 12,000 girls in space technology |17 October 2024

Seychelles has taken a significant leap forward in STEM education by joining the ShakthiSAT mission, an ambitious international project led by Space Kidz India.

STEM is an approach to learning and development that integrates the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.  The ShakthiSAT mission, which begins its training phase in November 2024, will empower 12,000 girls across 108 countries in space technology, culminating in a satellite launch into lunar orbit in November 2025.
