CBS maintains monetary policy at 1.75% for Q4 2024 |25 September 2024

The board of the Central Bank of Seychelles (CBS) has decided to maintain an accommodative monetary policy stance, keeping the Monetary Policy Rate (MPR) at 1.75 percent for the fourth quarter of 2024.

The governor of the Central Bank, Caroline Abel, made the statement at a press conference yesterday morning at Unity House, Victoria.
