Hotel Bel Air, one of the most historical tourism establishments in Seychelles, celebrated its 50th anniversary on February 17, last year. Roland Rassool, owner and manager of Hotel Bel Air, takes us down memory lane, as he traces the hotel’s conception to its recent Silver Recognition for the Sustainable Seychelles Recognition and Certification, an initiative aimed at promoting and recognising sustainable practices within the tourism sector.
