SI 40 simply formalising existing practice for commercial goods

Principal secretary for Trade Francis Lebon yesterday clarified that Statutory Instrument (SI) 40 of 2024, the Customs Management (Importation of Goods through Post or Courier) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024, does not affect the R3000 allowance for goods imported for personal use.
