Curtains go down on Africa’s biggest multi-sport event

• Rendezvous in Cairo, Egypt in 2027

“Since its inception in 1963, in Congo Brazzaville, the African Games has provided a platform to leverage our continental agenda and priorities, while it has also continued to be a fitting platform to showcase our unique African culture,” Moussa Faki Mahamat, chairperson of the African Union Commission has said.
