Swearing-in of new proportionately elected members on February 22 |20 February 2024

Following the opening ceremony of the National Assembly by the Speaker Hon. Roger Mancienne on Thursday February 22, 2024, there will be a swearing-in ceremony for two new proportionately elected members.

On behalf of Linyon Demokratik Seselwa (LDS) and replacing the late Honourable Rosie Bistoquet, will be Anne Simone Bistoquet.

On behalf of United Seychelles (US) and replacing the Honourable Wilbert Herminie, will be Rachel Spiro.

The ceremony will take place on Thursday February 22, 2024, preceding the message on the State-of-the-Nation at 4pm and will be filmed and streamed live on SBC, TéléSesel, and the National Assembly YouTube channel.
