Seychelles NATION would like to amend an information stated in the article ‘Budget 2024: Capital Projects to be funded are in line with the country’s development plan’ published on Thursday, November 9, 2023. The information stated that the construction of a jetty for the Seychelles Defence Forces under the President’s Office was “R13.5 million foreign financing”. We would like to clarify that it would be financed by government. Seychelles NATION apologises for this error.
