Pink Challenge

Seychelles NATION

Seychelles NATION clicks for Pink Day

Various work places once again took up the Pink challenge this year with their employees dressing up in pink – an initiative designed to raise awareness about breast cancer and demonstrate unwavering support for those affected by it.

Similar to last year, the Cancer Concern Association had encouraged organisations and groups to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month observed in October by wearing pink, as well as make donations in support of the fighters.

In a display of solidarity, Seychelles NATION also participated in the global Pink Day challenge, along with other organisations such as the Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC), absa bank, Seychelles Institute of Art & Design (SIAD), Seychelles Commercial Bank (SCB) and the National Arts and Crafts Council (NACC).

The Seychellois community's participation in this movement not only showcases their compassion but also highlights the importance of early detection and the significance of breast cancer awareness in the nation.
