The Logos Hope in Port Victoria yesterday

The world’s largest floating book fair is in Port Victoria since yesterday and the official opening ceremony will take place this morning.

Visitors are welcome on board the vessel from 1pm today, where they will be able to view and choose books from a selection of over 5,000 titles ranging from sports, sciences, languages, cookery, arts and religion.

Visitors would also be able to explore the boat, and take part in various activities with the passengers and crew including interactive displays and short film.

The vessel will be open to the public for seven days: Friday 11 and Sunday 13, August, 2023 from 1.30pm to 7.30pm. On Saturday 12, Monday 14, Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16, from 9.30am to 7.30pm.
