Real Maldive maintain lead with 8-0 win over newcomers Glacis

 

Defending champions Real Maldive are maintaining their six-point lead at the top of the Seychelles Football Federation (SFF) Beach Soccer League, having registered an 8-0 win over newcomers Glacis in their last match during the weekend at the Roche Caïman Beach Soccer Arena.

They are now on 51 points from 17 wins and a single loss out of 18 matches played, with their only loss coming at the hands of 8th-placed Sorry.

Real Maldive have scored 168 goals, while conceding 65.

Mont Fleuri-based One Stone are presently in the 2nd position on 45 points, collected from 15 victories and three defeats from 18 matches played.

On 35 points, Sunrise are 3rd overall, having collected 13 wins and four defeats out of 17 matches played.

In their last match they edged-out Skychef 4-3.

MLUH are 4th on 33 points from 11 wins and six defeats out of 17 matches, ahead of fifth-placed Marine Maintenance who are 28 points from 10 wins and seven defeats from 17 matches played.

Beach Boyz are presently in the 6th position on the league table, also on 28 points, but are behind after registering two victories on penalties and one in added time.

With 26 points from 10 wins and six defeats from 18 matches, Club Stormy Taka are presently 7th overall, above Sorry who are in the 8th position on 22 points from eight wins and 10 defeats.

Vision who have collected 21 points from seven wins and 10 defeat are 9th overall, ahead of Perseverance who are 10th on 15 points, having registered five wins and 11 defeats.

Presently on nine points from three wins and 14 defeats, Equator are 11th overall, ahead of Glacis who are occupying the 12th position on five points from two wins and 15 losses out 17 matches played.

Having collected three points from a single win and 17 defeats out of 18 matches played, Skychef are presently carrying the weight of the league table.
