Next Step group raises R6,000 for terminally ill boy |17 September 2022

Next Step members hand over the money to Julio

The Next Step group has made a donation to Julio Louise, a terminally ill 11-year-old boy from English River.

The group organised a charity fundraising at Eden Plaza last week and raised R6,000 that was donated to Julio at his home in Union Vale. A second fund-raising activity is being planned for Friday September 30 at the Hypermarket.

This will coincide with the Next Step group’s 10th anniversary and from Monday October 3 to Wednesday October 5, they will do voluntary works at the La Digue Old People’s home and also organise lunch for the residents.

The Next Step group would like to thank all those who believe in them and in what they do.
