Cable & Wireless Seychelles opens new customer services centre at Bois de Rose complex |26 April 2022
Cable & Wireless Seychelles on Saturday morning opened a new customer services centre on the first floor of the Bois de Rose complex.
At the new centre, customerswill be ableto pay their bills, register for new services and get assistance for any queries.
On the day of the launch, Georges D’Offay, the chief executive of Cable & Wireless Seychelles (CWS) also officially spoke about their new project the ‘Unlimited Lite’.
“We are always finding new ways to enhance and provide the best service to our customers. As we are adapting to the new norms and social distancing, it is a must when preventing the spread of Covid-19, opening multiple centres around Mahé will help us to bring our services closer to our customers thus reducing the long queues that we have been experiencing over the past months at our main centre in Victoria,” Mr D’Offay said.
“Unlimited Lite is the new offer that meets the needs of all customers and a hassle-free option that allows the clients to be in control. The new package offers a monthly unlimited data allowance at R2,000 excluding VAT at a speed of 4Mbps,” Mr D’Offay highlighted when officially announcing the new package for broadband internet service.
MrD’Offay also talked about the fibre optic project noting that La Digue and Praslin are currently 100% connected to the fibre optic and soon Mahé also will be 100% connected.
“We have also been receiving some complaints about our TVtransmissions and this is due to the old cables that we were still using. Now we are making sure that all our clients are connected to the fibre optic and we are also rectifying the issue of drop calls,” shared MrD’Offay.
For clients looking for more Asian channels, Mr D’Offaynoted that currently the CWS is looking into the matter and will see what can be done.
All the centres will have different opening hours that will cater for the needs and ease of different groups of customers.
