Cable & Wireless Seychelles opens new customer services centre in west Mahé |19 April 2022
Cable & Wireless Seychelles has recently opened a new customer services centre at Grand Anse Mahé where customers can pay their bills, register for new services, or get assistance for any queries.
Located in the same building as the Grand Mart Supermarket, the centre aims to decentralise Cable & Wireless Seychelles’ services and bring them a step closer to its customers.
Acting director for customer experience at Cable & Wireless Seychelles (CWS) Anthony Delorie states that “CWS is always finding new ways to enhance and provide the best service for its customers. As we are adapting to the new norms and social distancing is a must when preventing the spread of Covid-19, opening a centre in the west of Mahé will help us to bring our services closer to our customers thus reducing the long queues that we have been experiencing over the past months at our main centre in Victoria.”
“We are encouraging our customers in west Mahé to take advantage of the centre,” he further added.
While the opening hours of the centre are Mondays to Fridays from midday to 6pm and on Saturdays from midday to 4pm, customers who wish to pay their bills or buy a prepaid SIM card outside the opening hours can still do so by using the 24/7 CWS kiosk.
