Winsel ‘Sly’ Pothin (centre) with the prize for the best individual scorer

Edwin Palmer and Peggy Pragassen have won the Quench Distribution-sponsored golf event played on Saturday at the golf course, Aux Aux Pins.

The pair finished with 76 points.

In second position were the duo of Winsel ‘Sly’ Pothin and Jemmy Esther with 75 points, while third position was taken by the pair of Daryl Anthony and Jerry Jean-Baptiste with 74 points.

Female player Sly, who is well known for her singing skills, finished as the best individual scorer of the day with 41 points.

Alex de Maroussem and his team from Quench Distribution presented the prizes.
