Letter to the Editor - The national anthem saga continues … |27 June 2018

We are writing in reference to the 'Letter to the Editor' published in the Seychelles NATION on Saturday June 23, 2018.

We would simply like to clear any ambiguity and to certainly set the record straight. The Seychelles National Anthem ‘Koste Seselwa’ was indeed written and composed by two Seychellois musicians namely David Andre and Georges Payet in November 1994. The setting chosen to write the anthem was in the beautiful house at La Plaine St Andre at Au Cap on Mahé.

I do hope this information sets the record straight.
