Daniele Fabbri appointed GM
Daniele Fabbri has been appointed general manager of Hilton Seychelles’ two luxury properties in Seychelles.
In his role, Daniele will be responsible for Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa and DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles Allamanda Resort & Spa.
A press release from Hilton Seychelles writes that Mr Fabbri will oversee the smooth running of the two properties, defining innovative strategies and implementing solutions that address the needs of all stakeholders.
Mr Fabbri joins the five-star Seychelles resorts from Transcorp Hilton Abuja, with previous experience in a range of Hilton properties in the worldwide community.
During his time with Hilton, Mr Fabbri has held various managerial and directorial roles, spanning from front office to business and development. He boasts an extensive curriculum vitae (CV), with a considerable knowledge of the luxury hospitality market.
With a diploma in hotel management for general manager curriculum and a host of managerial and directorial courses, Mr Fabbri has both the experience and formal training to ensure that he is well equipped for his new role.
Of his new role, Mr Fabbri says: “I am delighted to join the Hilton Seychelles team and continue the great work that has been achieved so far. I want to bring Hilton Northolme and DoubleTree Allamanda to the next level of excellence and believe the way to achieve this is through strong teamwork. I am excited for this new chapter”.
Originally from Italy, Mr Fabbri is no stranger to the opening, renovation and conversion of hotels, having worked with various new Hilton properties including those in Italy and Istanbul.
He recently held managerial roles in iconic properties such as Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and most recently Transcorp Hilton in Nigeria.
During these years, Mr Fabbri achieved great results including the full renovation at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and has also won several awards, such as Europe’s Leading City Hotel for Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and Nigeria’s Leading Hotel for Transcorp Hilton Abuja.
He developed a champion team that achieved top results in terms of quality and profit. He will execute the same approach at Hilton Seychelles hotels to successfully reach the targets.
