Dr Egbert Moustache appointed Seychelles Ports Authority’s deputy CEO |14 April 2018

President Danny Faure yesterday announced the appointment of Dr Egbert Moustache as the deputy chief executive of the Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA).

Dr Moustache holds a doctorate in business administration, and has over 25 years' experience in the fields of finance and accounting.

Between 1993 and 2004, he was the financial controller of the Seychelles Housing Development Corporation.  From 2004 to 2008 he was the director of finance in the Ministry of Health.  Since 2008 he has been director of finance in the East, Central & Southern African Health Community (ECSA) and was based in Tanzania.

Dr Moustache's appointment as deputy CEO of the SPA will take effect on Monday April 16, 2018.
