Andy Asba sworn in as Magistrate |06 April 2017

Andy Asba was yesterday granted his Certificate of Appointment as a Magistrate from the President and was sworn in by Chief Justice Mathilda Twomey.

Mr Asba graduated from the University of London International Programme in 2012 and served a pupillage through the Attorney General’s chambers.

He is currently a State Counsel at the Attorney General’s chambers and has been a vice-chairperson of the Family Tribunal since January 2016.

The judiciary has welcomed Mr Asba on board.
