Jen’s Bakery bakes cakes of different characters for all ages |03 April 2017

Jennifer Rosette’s flourishing bakery business ‒ Jen’s Bakery ‒ is located at Green Estate.

She bakes cakes for almost all occasions, be it for birthdays, Holy Communion, Confirmation, anniversaries, christening etc.

At Jen’s Bakery, the final products come out in different characters, just as the clients wish to decorate their cakes.

The cakes also come in different flavours and there are also different types like fruit cakes, cream cakes, vanilla cakes, chocolate to name some.

“I bake mainly cakes. I started the business in 2007. At that time there was a demand for cakes with new innovative ideas in the decoration. My clients come from everywhere. I even have clients who have me bake their cakes to travel overseas with. So far the business is doing great,” says Jennifer.

Jennifer is also the first baker to start edible printing in Seychelles. She has been doing that since 2007.
