Visiting Japanese magician to entertain orphanage children |09 August 2014

The Japanese magician Max Watanabe will enthrall children from various orphanages in this afternoon’s show

Children from the President’s Village and other orphanages will today experience a touch of magic.

This thanks to the initiative of the Soroptimist Club of Seychelles which in collaboration with Mason’s Travel is organising the show which will take place this afternoon at Espace.

The Japanese magician Max Watanabe is among a group of Japanese tourists holidaying in Seychelles and he has been displaying some of his skills and talents for guests and friends in the hotel where he is staying.

Believed to be over 80 years old, Mr Watanabe has a wealth of experience and his skills are expected to enthrall the children in this afternoon’s show.
Erica Naidoo of the Soroptimist Club says the aim is to bring some extra fun, joy and laughter to these children.

She adds that they will no doubt have a wonderful time with lots of laughter.
