New cable points brochure showcases all rewards customers can win |09 May 2014

Cable and Wireless has recently published a brand new catalogue as part of its customer loyalty programme with a variety of products which can easily be acquired by customers.  In the past, post-paid and prepaid customers had a separate brochure, and the Cable Premiere and Cable Gig also had their respective leaflets.
The ‘Cable Points Rewards Catalogue’ showcases all of the Cable Points rewards.
 
“Since it was launched in 2011, Cable Points has been a huge hit with our customers and we are happy to present to them a brand new catalogue that contains the whole range of rewards they can redeem with Cable Points,” explains Herve Atayi, marketing intelligence manager.

“Although there have not been major changes to our rewards recently we are constantly refreshing the range,” explains Mr Atayi.

“We keep bringing new, innovative and practical items to our rewards range and in this catalogue there is something for everyone, every taste, every lifestyle and every Points balance,” he adds.
These items include a smart watch which can be used without any other device as well as a mobile solar charger to help out when running out of battery during the day.

There are also a waterproof tablet case and a waterproof mobile case, which enable people to use their products in a wet environment such as the beach or swimming pool.

The cheapest item in this catalogue is the lunch pack valued at 1500 points - an amount a customer can easily get in less than three months if only they pay their bills on time.

“We want to stay away from loyalty programmes which make customers save for a lifetime before getting a reward and we have already achieved that,” Mr Atayi says.

Firstly, with Cable Points customers can receive a reward even with 1 point, once they choose to redeem it. Secondly, with the ‘Points + Cash’ offers featured in the catalogue customers can redeem any amount of Cable Points and pay the remaining balance in cash for mobile handsets, tablets and any other available devices.

The Cable Points Rewards Catalogue is freely available for all at the customer service centres in Victoria and Anse Royal as well as the customer experience centre at Beau Vallon.  

The catalogue is also available on the company’s website at www.cwseychelles.com and is valid for 12 months, from January to December 2014. The catalogue will be refreshed on a yearly basis.
