It then immediately sat for the November session which is expected to run until early next month, during which period 26 cases will be reviewed.

The court now has Justice Stephen Bwana as its acting president and Justice Jacques Hodoul, who together with Justice Domah complete the quorum of three necessary for it to sit.

In April, a Supreme Court judge sat with Justice Hodoul and Justice Bwana to hear cases. This was not possible in August so there was no session.

Justice Domah studied at the University of London, King's College, University College, United Kingdom, and also the Aix-Marseille University, France, and the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.

Chief Justice Vivekanand  Alleear, the registrar of the Supreme Court and of the Court of Appeal, Melchior Vidot, and the two other Court of Appeal judges witnessed the swearing in of Justice Domah.
