Air Seychelles donates in-flight videos to Glacis School |09 November 2004

The handing over of the donation took place recently during a short ceremony at the school.

The consignment of videos was presented by an Air Seychelles cabin crew, Vesna Gertrude to a student of the school in the presence of headteacher Bernard Songoire, other children and teachers.

The donation comprises a series of British and American comedy, wildlife, children's stories, environment and sports videos.

Mr Songoire expressed his gratitude to Air Seychelles for the contribution and said that the videos will be placed in the school library and then re-loaned out to students.

It is to note that the entertainment videos screened on board the local airline are changed every four months and Air Seychelles has made it customary to donate the used videos to schools for the benefit of other children.
