Intelvision to launch fastest broadband internet today |18 September 2013

As of today Intelvision subscribers can browse the internet at a very high speed with the official launch of fibre optic broadband internet in Seychelles.

The announcement came with the unveiling of seven super affordable pricing tiers aimed at providing internet users the best online experience at the most competitive prices. The packages are Starter, Value, Elite, Extreme, Extreme Plus, Performance and Performance Plus. They will offer speeds of up to 5 megabits per seconds (Mbps) – the fastest in the country to date.

Prices will range between R99 to R4,999 a month. The monthly data allowance ranges from 1GB up to 100GB, perfect for light and heavy web users.

Speaking to Seychelles Nation, Intelvision acting chief executive Reza Jaro said: “This marks yet another milestone in Intelvision’s long and distinguished history of many service innovations and technological advancements. The launch of the country’s fastest broadband internet will undoubtedly provide the impetus to growth and development within the trade by directly benefitting customers and businesses across the country.”

Subscribers who would like to experience the new service will be able to get more information with Intelvision officers who will be in town today next to the post office from 10am to 2pm to provide information.

Intelvision is also proving a 50% discount offer on its packages from today until October 31, 2013. Additionally, for every purchase of a capped package, subscribers are entitled to take part in the scratch and win promotion where they can win exclusive Intelvision merchandises including branded LED TVs and tablet PCs. All scratch cards have a prize.
