Technology and the blind: A tale of two sights

The Seychelles Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired has made significant inroads when it comes to technological education and awareness within the country. Not only has this non-governmental organisation broken barriers and accomplished its mission to raise awareness, promote accessibility, and empower visually impaired individuals, but it has also stood as a testament to what can be accomplished, even in small island developing countries, with the continuous improvement of technology.
