Shaping policy through impact-driven research

Established in 2022, the Education and Socio-Economic Research Institute (ESERI) serves as the research hub of the University of Seychelles, dedicated to producing locally relevant research that informs policy in education and socio-economic development. Its work is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and its research projects address national priority areas, as outlined in Seychelles’ National Development Strategy 2024-2028.
