Michella Sinon – Miss Takamaka

Michella Sinon is the winner of the first Miss Takamaka beauty pageant which took place on Friday in the grounds of the parish Maria Magdalena Church.

The 18-year-old was among five contestants who took to the stage to showcase their skills during the event organised by Mongy Bouncy Bar & Entertainment as part of activities for this year’s parish feast.

The other contestants were Alannie Dine, Shakira Morel, Rachica Victor and Anisha Louys. Other than winning the top crown, designed by Sonia Madeleine, Ms Sinon was the recipient for the Best Evening Wear. She is now an ambassador of the Takamaka district, working alongside the district administration office and the other participants to implement projects for the betterment of the residents.

During the pageant, there were also prizes for Shakira Morel (Miss Sports), Alannie Dine (Miss Pageant Spirit), Rachica Victor (Miss Photogenic), Shakira Morel (Best Beach Wear) and Anisha Louys (Best Casual Wear).
